In this talk, Todd will give a behind the scenes view on the “new” Festival season and the initiatives he is putting in place to open the doors of a cultural institution to a broader audience base and deepen connections to the community.

Prior work includes being Managing Director for George Street Playhouse in New Brunswick NJ, and Executive Producer of Peninsula Players Theatre in Wisconsin. In Chicago, Todd worked with Chicago Shakespeare, Goodman, and Apple Tree Theatre, and directed and produced St. Nicholas and The Woman in Black (Jefferson Award nomination for best production).
